3rd Sunday after Pentecost

Pastor Amanda preached on how God’s grace is a freely given gift that we are called to share generously with others through hospitality, love, and everyday actions.

Reflection Quesitons -

1. What does it mean in your life to “freely give” what you have received?
2. Where do you see opportunities to show hospitality or grace in your daily routine?
3. How does the idea that “everyone is worthy of love” challenge or affirm your current perspective?
4. In what ways might you already be an answer to someone else’s prayer?
5. What is one practical way you can extend joy or kindness to your community this week?
6. How can you continue the spirit of generosity beyond special events and into everyday life?

Prayer -

Gracious and generous God, we thank you for all that we have received freely from you: grace, mercy, love, and a radical welcome. Just as you have given to us freely, teach us to give freely to others. Open our eyes to the needs around us, and soften our hearts with your compassion. Lord, let the spirit we shared yesterday of welcome, generosity, and joy not end with an event, but become the way we live each day. Help us reflect your goodness so that others may taste and see that you are good. Send us out now as you sent your disciples, ready to share what we have received, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
