13th Sunday after Pentecost - Celebrating 10 Years of Rejoice Fellowship

Today, Bishop Gohl preached as we celebrated our 10th Anniversary in the Glen Burnie community. The Bishop preached on Romans 12:1-8. 

In this passage, Paul urges believers to offer their lives completely to God as an act of worship, allowing their minds to be transformed so they can discern and follow God's will. Paul also teaches that every Christian has been given unique spiritual gifts and should use them humbly and faithfully to serve the body of Christ.

1. What spiritual gifts or abilities has God given me?

2. How am I using my gifts to serve others and build up the church?

3. Is there a gift or ministry opportunity I have been hesitant to embrace?

4. What practical step can I take this week to offer myself more fully to God and serve others with my gifts?

Prayer:

Gracious God, by your grace you have transformed us and gathered our many gifts into one body in Christ; we give thanks for ten years of ministry, service, and faithful witness among your people. Renew us again through your Spirit, that we may continue to offer our lives as living sacrifices, joyfully serving your mission in the years to come. Amen.
